Centurion Health Find Help

Centurion Health Logo

Centurion Health and findhelp have partnered to help justice-involved individuals find free or reduced-cost medical care, housing, food, job training, and more.

Enter your ZIP code and they’ll provide a list of local programs: food, housing, goods, transit, health, money, care, education, work, and legal.

(Centurion Health is deeply complicit in the criminal punishment system, being a for-profit provider of medical and behavioral health services in correctional facilities across the United States. This website is no doubt an attempt to clean up their image. It’s a useful service nonetheless.)

If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, chat with them online via their website, or text HOME to 741741 (multiple languages available). If this is an emergency, call 911.
