Website with access to employers specifically identified as doing Fair Chance hiring. (Companies have to pay to list jobs here, so odds are they’re not misidentifying.)
Once you sign up for an account, you can–as with most job sites–set up an account, update your profile, upload a resume, and so on, as well as sign up for email updates with local Fair Chance job opportunities.

Here’s where you can look for work with the State – which encompasses a wide number of agencies, and most kinds of jobs that exist. If you can get hired, you can build a career here.

Strive Staffing
Posted on:

Strive Staffing was founded by Marcel Hofker, who understands very well the challenges that people face when rejoining the community after time incarcerated. He’s had to face those challenges himself and is working to make things better for those following.
Strive gets access to a variety of temp-to-hire openings, depending on employers, but they almost always have their main offerings available. They may not be the best jobs, but they are jobs, they pay, and are usually on public transportation routes. And every step forward is a step on the path of your newly successful life.
Apply to Strive directly, or contact us and we can make an introduction.
